Carl G La Crosse

Pint sized salt glazed stoneware beer bottle stamped "G. CARL" in block letters. It is stamped at a rather steep angle. It is not known who the potter is but the same maker produced bottles for quite a few other brewers scattered around the state including Schwalbach in Newburg, Meixner in Milwaukee, Dr. Fricke in Cedarburg, Eckhardt in Ft Atkinson.
