F Meixner Milwaukee

The stamp is "F. MEIXNER". Felix Meixner bottled soda and beer in Milwaukee. This was used on both pint and quart sized bottles. The smaller size is considerably harder to find than the quart - I know of two pints. This one was found in a privy in Milwaukee. After digging the pit all the way down to the bottle this bottle was found just 12" from the surface while knocking down the last of the overhang of the pit in a corner. There was nothing else found intact in the pit.
